To Land This Opportunity

  • You’ve built a strong foundation, whether through a bachelor’s degree in information technology, at least five years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations, or both.

  • Experience using Dynatrace, CrowdStrike, and Jira.
  • PowerShell scripting or other automation experience.
  • Relevant Microsoft, networking, security, or IT service management certifications.
