Proven hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, Process Builder migration, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets).

Experience writing Apex unit tests and working within a DevOps-driven defect remediation process.
Practical experience with Jira for agile story writing, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
Strong written communication skills for technical documentation.
