Key Requirements

• 5+ years of overall Data/IT experience
• Strong hands-on exposure to RCM data, preferably claims, billing, payments, denials, appeals, or collections
• Strong SQL and data-handling skills
• Experience building and supporting ETL/data pipelines
• Azure/Databricks experience preferred
• Strong communication skills for an onsite/customer-facing role
• US Healthcare/Provider domain experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support data solutions for RCM/healthcare datasets
• Build and optimize ETL/data pipelines
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and quality validation
• Work with business/customer teams to translate RCM requirements into data solutions
• Use approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot/M365 Copilot to improve engineering productivity
