BI & Reporting Assoc Analyst

Overview

Applies knowledge of the BI and Reporting Automation area to perform tasks and support the management of processes/projects under some supervision. May influence associates by demonstrating best practices and techniques to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and achievement of functional and organizational standards. Responsible for designing and creating scalable, data-driven, visually appealing and intuitive dashboards and reports for business intelligence purposes.

Builds robust data infrastructure, ensuring system reliability andscalability, creating intuitive data visualizations, and designing comprehensive BI system architectures.Translates complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Gathers and analyzes data, providingactionable insights to enhance strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Automates data using RPAand transforms complex data into intuitive visualizations for informed decision-making. Leverages artificialintelligence to automate and enhance reporting processes. Design and deploy AI-driven solutions to gather,analyze, and visualize data, generating insightful reports and dashboards in collaboration with AI platformteams.

Responsibilities

• This job works under moderate supervision to execute relatively complex tasks for the BI and Reporting Automation area, applying broad knowledge to perform more complex analysis within area of expertise. Organizes and structures large data sets to ensure they are easily accessible and usable for analysis, enhancing the efficiency of data retrieval processes.
• Monitors the performance of BI systems and dashboards, ensuring they function optimally and provide accurate, real-time data to users.
• Collaborates with IT and data engineering teams to ensure that data infrastructure is robust and supports the analytical needs of the organization.
• Helps identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, implementing solutions to enhance performance capabilities of automated systems.
• Analyzes data trends and patterns to provide insights that inform strategic decisions, utilizing statistical methods and BI tools to derive meaningful conclusions.
• Helps streamline area processes, employing and communicating best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy to ensure achievement of organizational standards of excellence.

• Experience with SQL, Python, ETL processes, data modeling, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business insights from complex datasets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
