Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Microsoft 365 and 3rd party SaaS solutions help PepsiCo achive more with innovative workspace tools, intelligent cloud services and world-class security. Today we have 290,000+ Microsoft 365 users who leverage Collaboration Solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform, Office Online Products, Teams etc) The Microsoft 365 Collaboration Analyst will support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 Collaboration services. The role requires understanding of the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support day-to-day operations and service delivery. Working closely with architects, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Your Impact

M365 Management/Governance

Responsible for supporting Microsoft 365 platform administration by executing configuration changes, managing permissions and licenses, assisting with service requests, and performing operational tasks in alignment with architecture, governance, and security guidelines.

,Collaboration Platforms Support

Responsible for administering approved collaboration platforms such as Miro, Smartsheet, and Monday.com by executing configuration changes, managing user access, supporting platform operations, and implementing approved enhancements under the guidance of the Collaboration Architects.

,Automation & Process Improvement

Responsible for developing and maintaining automation solutions using Power Automate, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and scripting to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and streamline administrative processes.

,Reporting & Analytics

Support with the generation operational reports and dashboards related to licensing, platform usage, adoption, service health, and other key metrics to support business and technical stakeholders.

,Service Management

Responsible for resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and supporting problem management activities while collaborating with vendors, support teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

,Platform Releases & Enhancements

Responsible for supporting testing, validation, and deployment of new Microsoft 365 features, platform updates, and approved enhancements while documenting changes and communicating impacts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• 0–2 years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms or IT services; internship experience is accepted.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Forms, Planner, and Loop.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with basic knowledge of dashboard development and data process automation (ETL).
• Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts, including permissions and licensing.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and cloud-based services.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) concepts, including incident, request, and change management, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop technical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
