Power Platform Developer

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Power Platform Developer in Westminster, Colorado for an approximately nine-month contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will support Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, Power Platform development, SharePoint migration, and day-to-day M365 support.

Required Skills

• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange, and related collaboration tools.
• Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with web technologies including JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or SharePoint environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business-process mapping.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
• Experience with Nintex Workflow or similar workflow platforms.
• SharePoint application-development certifications.
• Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools such as ShareGate, HarePoint, or Bamboo Solutions.

What You'll Do

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Design out-of-the-box and custom solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Support Microsoft 365 users and provide technical guidance and training.
• Assist with migrations from on-premises SharePoint environments to Microsoft 365.
• Work with business teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and SharePoint-related issues.
• Maintain knowledge of current M365 development practices, tools, and technologies.
• Support ongoing administration and enhancement of collaboration systems.

Pay

• $45.46 per hour.
