Lead and mentor one or more software engineering teams, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Design and develop scalable technology solutions while contributing to coding, code reviews, system architecture, and technical decisions.
Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define technical priorities, development roadmaps, and release plans.
Drive Agile practices, including sprint planning and backlog refinement, while ensuring requirements are clear and development-ready.
Promote engineering best practices, maintain coding standards, encourage innovation, and continuously improve development processes and workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong backend development experience with Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar technologies, along with proven technical leadership experience.
Solid understanding of APIs, GitOps, version control, and Agile software development methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with supply chain technology, logistics systems, or related industries is an advantage.
