About the Role

Powerdata Group is seeking a motivated CRM & Sales Automation Analyst to support business development, customer engagement, and AI-driven process automation initiatives. The successful candidate will work with Zoho CRM, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to improve lead management, automate business processes, and support sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM Administration

• Maintain and update customer, prospect, and partner records in Zoho CRM.
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Create and manage CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Track lead progression through the sales pipeline.

Sales & Business Development Support

• Conduct prospect research and identify new business opportunities.
• Perform email, LinkedIn, and telephone outreach to prospects.
• Schedule meetings and follow-up activities for sales consultants.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, capability statements, and presentations.

Microsoft Copilot Studio & AI Automation

• Assist in developing and testing Copilot Studio agents.
• Help automate repetitive business processes and customer communications.
• Create automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365 and Zoho CRM.
• Support AI-driven lead qualification and customer engagement initiatives.
• Document business requirements and automation solutions.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly sales pipeline and outreach reports.
• Analyse lead conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
• Track business development KPIs and customer engagement metrics.

Essential Skills

• Experience using Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in lead generation, customer outreach, or sales support.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform.
• Knowledge of AI automation tools.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Understanding of CRM automation and workflow design.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools.
