Senior Hogan IDS Developer (Remote Contract)

Project Description

Support the client’s development efforts related to their instance of Hogan IDS. Work will be on a staff‑augmentation basis, directed by the client day to day.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hogan IDS development capability
• Perform technical design, coding, unit testing, support for advanced testing, and production migration
• Proficiency in Hogan IDS is a must, with preference for experience in Hogan CIS
• Work as a Mainframe Engineer with hands‑on experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, PCDs, CA‑7 scheduling, APIs
• Support Hogan IDS platform for DDA and TDA functions and integration with the Zafin vendor platform
• Provide expertise for technical issues, mainframe file processing, Business Continuity Planning exercises, and implementation
• Deliver critical business capabilities aligned with the modernization roadmap

Skills – Must Have

• Proven Hogan IDS knowledge and experience
• Hogan Technical
• Mainframe/COBOL
• 10+ years Hogan
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with software design, SDLC, development methodologies, and implementation
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge and experience in Hogan CIS
• Experience with Hogan integration with Zafin
