• Design and deliver advanced service solutions.
• Develop automation and monitoring; reduce toil.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Prepare handover and operational documentation.

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience (Infrastructure Deploy, deliver solutions, etc.)
• Design and delivery of advanced technical services.
• Automation, monitoring, and performance tuning skills.
• Incident response and problem management experience.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• AWS/Azure Associate/Professional; VMware VCP/VCAP; Kubernetes CKA/CKAD.
