What does our Team do?

We bring together data from multiple sources to evaluate campaign performance, uncover opportunities, and develop insights that help improve marketing effectiveness. Our work combines data accuracy, analytical thinking, collaboration, and storytelling to turn complex information into actionable recommendations.

What does a successful Analyst look like?

We don’t all look the same, and we don’t expect you to, either. A successful Analyst is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to understand not only how we do things, but why.

They bring a data-driven approach to problem-solving, communicate their ideas and questions constructively, and are comfortable speaking up when they encounter a challenge or see an opportunity. They take initiative in their own learning, collaborate effectively with teammates, and actively seek to understand the bigger picture behind their work.

They are willing to take on new challenges, receptive to feedback, and motivated to continuously improve their analytical, technical, and communication skills.

Prior professional experience working with data, reporting, or quantitative analysis is highly preferred.
