As a GCP DevOps - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that address complex challenges.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
• Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET
• Managing the application lifecycle, including development, testing, and maintenance, to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
• Integrating enterprise applications and managing APIs to support seamless data flow and system interoperability
• Applying microservices architecture to develop scalable and efficient software solutions
• Engaging in debugging and troubleshooting to resolve software issues and optimize performance
• Leveraging platform engineering and architecture skills to support client-focused technology consulting initiatives

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies for software projects
• Developing applications using Java, Python, and C++ programming languages
• Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Designing solutions with microservices architecture and API management
• Excelling in client management and business process improvement
• Navigating complex software development methodologies and frameworks
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on GCP experience, including enterprise-scale modernization or migration programs.
• Strong proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, GKE, GKE Autopilot).
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Service Mesh (Anthos Service Mesh) and Service Directory.
• Strong backend development skills in Python and REST API design.
• Hands-on experience with GCP migration tooling (Migrate for Compute Engine, Database Migration Service, Storage Transfer Service).
• Experience with schema conversion and database migration across heterogeneous and homogeneous sources.
• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, Artifact Registry, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, or Flux CD.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, Config Connector).
• Experience with API integration testing and validation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of advanced networking (VPC, Cloud DNS, Load Balancing) and cloud security (Secret Manager, Cloud KMS, IAM, Security Command Center).
• Hands-on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience, including SLI/SLO management and observability tooling (Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Trace, Cloud Profiler).
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash/Shell, with working proficiency on Linux systems and the gcloud CLI.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Practices.
