What will you do?

We are looking for a specialist to support the IT controls testing process. Working alongside senior colleagues, you will participate in meetings, collect and analyse information, and document the results.

The role provides hands-on experience in IT controls testing, documentation, and data analysis, while supporting the team at different stages of project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings together with senior colleagues, including taking notes and preparing meeting minutes.
• Prepare and track information requests and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Analyse and document information received for control testing purposes.
• Support the testing of general IT controls, including controls related to IT application security, change management, and maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
• Support the testing of automated controls and manually prepared reports.
• Document procedures performed and testing results using established templates in Microsoft Word and Excel, and prepare PowerPoint presentations when required.
• Support project coordination activities, including organising calls and preparing statistics on information requests and responses received.

Requirements

• Education or ongoing studies in IT, Information Security, or Cybersecurity.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Upper-Intermediate English, including the ability to participate in interviews conducted in English, understand discussions, and take clear notes.
• Ability to work with structured information, analyse supporting documentation, and document testing results.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, or SQL would be an advantage.
