Pay Range

$50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tickets related to system integration issues and lifecycle development.
• Assist with data migration from legacy systems to new platforms.
• Collaborate across IT, SE&D, Operations, and vendor teams to support the Carma application.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide support beyond traditional helpdesk functions, utilizing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and support procedures.
• Assist in user training and onboarding.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support and enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Data Center experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience providing IT support beyond helpdesk-level functions, with exposure to enterprise systems.
