Java Developer

Pay Range

$45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in technical refinement before each sprint.
• Support design and analysis of backlog items.
• Guide developers during coding and unit testing.
• Perform code and technical reviews.
• Review deployment plans and changes.
• Support SRT calls when needed.
• Help improve code quality, system performance, and sprint delivery.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 5+ years of strong Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Angular.
• Experience in technical design and analysis.
• Proven ability in code reviews.
• Experience guiding or supporting development teams.
• Hands-on development experience.
• Understanding of data flows from source systems into applications.
