Pay Range

$45/hr - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of intelligent automation and machine learning solutions using Java, Python, Spring Framework, and WorkFusion.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks and enterprise applications to improve business outcomes.
• Develop machine learning models and AI-driven solutions utilizing WorkFusion AI capabilities.
• Design robust application architectures using Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile practices, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues across enterprise environments.
• Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development to enhance productivity.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and Spring.
• Strong knowledge of the WorkFusion platform and its capabilities.
• Experience with machine learning model development using Python and WorkFusion.
• Familiarity with SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams across geographies.
• Experience in the banking domain.
• WorkFusion ML certification.
