AIX Admin - Full time with direct client - Strong experience in Patching

Must Have Skills

AIX Admin with experience in patching

• Strong Unix knowledge (AIX (Primary), Secondary -Linux –Suse/Redhat , HP-UX and Solaris Servers)
• Patching UNIX servers
• BMC Bladelogic tool knowledge for patch deployment
• Troubleshoot patch issues
• Create automation, gap analysis and provide recommendation
• Shell script knowledge
• Knowledge on HACMP
• Work with app owner and Unix admin to get the patching schedule
• Act as a point of contact for all communication related to UNIX patching
• Able to work under timelines
• Flexible to work in shifts/weekends
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
