Production Monitoring Intern (6 months)

• Track and follow up on daily and weekly performance reports of frontend inspectors (e.g., reports on hold, late submissions, photo availability).
• Provide support to inspectors during on-site inspections, particularly for queries related to PEO/PM services.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Coordination team, Inspection Team Leaders, and Managers to support
• training and onboarding of new resources (inspectors, suppliers, GIs), including eLearning sessions and documentation.
• Assist the service coordinator with operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the management team
• Fresh graduated in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
• Strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
• Comfortable with using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willing to learn internal systems quickly
• Flexible and adaptable to support different operational tasks
• Positive attitude and eagerness to gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations

• Working time: Monday - Saturday, 9 A.M - 6 P.M.
• Monthly internship allowance will be provided

Working Arrangement

• Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2 days per week in District 9 co-working space with the service coordinator
• 2 days per week on-site to monitor and support
