Requirements

• BSc or equivalent in a related field from an accredited tertiary institution.
• Experience in a role within a financial institution, and/or financial technology or technology company.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, presentation and analytical skills.
• Good business acumen and a strong drive for result with resilience, determination, capacity and willingness to learn, unlearn and relearn
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to collaborate, work, manage and interact with employees across different management cadres.
• Technology savvy with good knowledge of the current trends in fintech industry.
