Define Product Vision

Establish and communicate the overall product strategy and goals to the development team and stakeholders

Manage Product Backlog

Create, maintain, and prioritize user stories and backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer feedback

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with business owners, client users, UX designers, engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement

Agile Participation

Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and program increment planning

Decision Making

Make critical decisions regarding feature prioritization, scope, and trade-offs to ensure timely delivery of high-value functionality

Quality Assurance Support

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and product demonstrations, ensuring features meet acceptance criteria

Risk Management

Identify potential risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies

Market Awareness

Conduct market research and monitor trends to adapt product strategy and maintain competitiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business value and product performance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to articulate vision and balance stakeholder needs
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or similar frameworks
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
  • Technical literacy to collaborate effectively with development teams and understand system constraints
  • Empathy and user-centric mindset to advocate for customer needs and enhance user experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and user research methodologies
