  • Experience working with high-throughput, low-latency, or real-time systems.
  • Experience building distributed systems or network infrastructure products.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, microservices, and containerized environments.
  • Experience with performance profiling, optimization, and large-scale production systems.
  • Background in cybersecurity, network intelligence, or monitoring and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, supporting their professional growth and technical excellence.
  • Drive architectural and technical design decisions for high-scale, performance-critical systems.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from design and implementation through deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Remain deeply involved in hands-on development, debugging, performance optimization, and solving complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, and R&D teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Build highly scalable, reliable, and efficient software infrastructure supporting next-generation cellular networks.
  • Promote engineering best practices, code quality, design reviews, and technical innovation across the team.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment between multiple stakeholders and engineering teams.
