  • Implement, administer, and support Oracle databases, including Oracle DB 19c and 24ai.
  • Administer Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1/12.2, including patching, upgrades, cloning, migration, and backup/restore.
  • Install and manage Oracle RAC and Data Guard, including configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and recovery.
  • Manage Oracle ASM and OS file systems, database users, access, sessions, and database objects.
  • Perform database performance tuning, gather statistics, and troubleshoot database issues.
  • Manage Oracle APEX and WebLogic environments and automate database jobs using Unix/Linux shell scripting.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, coordinate with Oracle Support, and maintain high-quality customer support.
  • Support data integration and database-related projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, database performance tuning, and Enterprise Manager.
  • Experience administering Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS 11/12), including patching, upgrades, cloning, migration, and backup/restore.
  • Experience managing databases across Unix, Linux, and Windows environments; shell scripting is preferred.
  • Experience handling Oracle Support tickets and troubleshooting database issues.
  • Oracle certification is preferred; MySQL administration and ITIL are additional advantages.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
