Technical Business Analyst with AI Skills

Razor is seeking a technically skilled Technical Analyst to support backend software development, technical analysis, and AI-enabled solutions for a federal IT program.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, understands backend systems and APIs, and can work closely with software developers to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Understanding of backend software development, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of AI tools, automation, or AI-assisted software development.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements, system workflows, and application issues.
• Experience documenting technical findings, requirements, and solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with software developers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support backend development teams with technical analysis, requirements, and documentation.
• Analyze APIs, data flows, system integrations, and application functionality.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and identifying solutions.
• Utilize AI tools to support analysis, automation, and development activities.
• Gather and organize technical data, prepare reports, and track development tasks.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Java, SQL, or REST APIs.
• Exposure to AI technologies, including generative AI or LLM-based tools.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Agile development teams.
• Previous experience supporting enterprise or federal IT applications.
