CNC Programmer (Independent)

We are looking for a highly motivated CNC Programmer (turner or miller) who can work independently and contribute to our production efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards. This role requires expertise in creating, modifying, and troubleshooting CNC programs independently.

Responsibilities

CNC Programming

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations using CAM software.
• Independently program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.

Technical Expertise

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.

Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that manufactured components meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Perform in-process inspections and make necessary program adjustments to maintain quality.

Problem Solving

• Identify and troubleshoot programming and machining issues independently.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve production challenges and optimize processes.

Communication

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to understand project requirements and ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to provide updates on project status and challenges.

Wymagania

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, GibbsCAM) and CNC machine operation.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English, B1.
• Driver’s license cat. B
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
• Being able to provide photos of previous completed work is also a plus.

• Wage ranges between 600-700 Euro weekly depending on experience
