JOB DESCRIPTION

Client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience implementing Pending Worker functionality. The individual will lead the functional setup and implementation of the Pending Worker lifecycle, from creation of a pre-hire through conversion to an Employee or Contingent Worker. The resource will work closely with HR, Recruiting, IT, Security, Payroll, and integration teams to ensure the solution supports business requirements and integrates appropriately with downstream systems.

Required Skills/Experience

• Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience, including candidate-to-worker processes.
• Oracle Journeys/onboarding experience.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, REST APIs, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Experience working with HCM security, including data roles and security profiles.
• Experience integrating Oracle HCM with third-party HR, payroll, workforce management, identity/access, benefits, or recruiting platforms.
• Experience with complex organizations involving multiple Legal Employers and Business Units.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification is preferred.
