What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership delivering complex SAP programs and technology initiatives for U.S. Federal Government and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. Strong expertise in program governance, financial management, executive engagement, risk mitigation, and customer relationship development, with a focus on mission outcomes and business growth.

You combine strong business judgement with a growth mindset and understand how to leverage AI capabilities responsibly in day-to-day work. You are comfortable driving AI adoption and using emerging AI agents and tools to enhance delivery outcomes and customer success.

What You’ll Build

You will oversee multiple SAP projects and programs across Federal and DoD accounts, ensuring delivery against contractual, financial, schedule, and quality commitments. You will Build executive relationships, strengthen customer satisfaction, and support long-term account growth.

You will partner with Sales and Enterprise Architects on business development, proposals, solution scoping, resource planning, and delivery strategy. Advance SAP Activate, Clean Core, AI, and cloud adoption to support customer transformation objectives. Mentor project managers, strengthen delivery governance, and promote consistent methodologies and best practices. You will proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and customer expectations.

You will also help foster AI-enabled ways of working by supporting adoption across teams, ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex SAP technology initiatives.
• Extensive experience supporting U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Federal Civilian customers.
• Deep expertise with SAP enterprise solutions, including S/4HANA, ERP, or ECC.
• Proven experience with cloud migration or adoption experience across hybrid, private, or public cloud environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in program governance, financial and contractual management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor project managers, and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. PMP or relevant certification preferred.

Travel and Location

• Travel: Up to 50%.
• Location Preference: East or Central U.S. time zone.
