IT Support

Our Client is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy ICT Support professional who is passionate about technology and continuous learning. This role offers hands-on exposure to IT support, web development, programming, and technology-driven problem-solving. The successful candidate will support all ICT functions, including troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining websites, supporting digital platforms, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives while staying updated with emerging technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with online learning platforms, digital tools, and communication systems.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Support website development, updates, maintenance, and UI/UX improvements.
• Apply programming skills to automate and enhance internal processes.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
• Assist with data protection, security updates, and backup management.
• Conduct online research on new technology tools and trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT support, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with networking, databases, and system administration.
• Basic to intermediate web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
• Basic programming experience (Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in self-learning and emerging technology trends.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Able to work under pressure with an innovative mindset.
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
