  • Build AI-powered solutions for ITSM, incident management, knowledge management, and automation.
  • Develop Python-based AI services, prompts, embeddings, and vector search solutions.
  • Implement secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions on Azure.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow, cloud, and data teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
