  • Own features through the full cycle: from initial design and coding to debugging and deployment.

  • Debug and profile system issues, fixing performance bottlenecks and stability bugs.
  • Collaborate daily with hardware, firmware, QA, and project management teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of commercial software development experience in C++ (good knowledge of Modern C++ standards, OOP, and multithreading).
  • Solid practical experience with Linux development and debugging tools
  • Experience with build systems, version control, and CI/CD tools (CMake, Git).
  • Hands-on experience writing unit tests and performing code optimization.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex technical requirements.
  • At least an Intermediate level in both written and spoken English (B1).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Embedded Linux tools (Yocto or Buildroot).
  • Familiarity with IPC mechanisms (D-Bus, gRPC) or network protocols (MQTT, TCP/UDP).
  • Experience with video/audio streaming or data processing.
  • Exposure to development boards (Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson, etc.).
  • Experience or interest in using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).

We offer multiple benefits that include

  • The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture, and an individual approach to each team member
  • Competitive salary packages with performance-based annual reviews.
  • Opportunity to receive a Performance Bonus for your individual achievements and a Loyalty Bonus recognizing your dedication to the company.
  • Employment via Contract of Employment (UoP) in complete alignment with Polish Labour Law.
  • Guaranteed paid vacation, public holidays, and medical leaves as per statutory regulations.
  • Continuous growth and development opportunities through internal knowledge hubs, corporate courses, and free English classes
  • Comprehensive private medical insurance to supplement your standard NFZ coverage.
