Must Have

• Resource must have worked on CRM 2011 or CRM 2013 for at least 2-3 year.
• Should be able to create and debug Plugins.
• Should be able to create and debug Custom Workflow activities.
• Should be able to work on customization and complex JavaScript.
• Should be able to do Ribbon customization Understanding of Solutions, Security in Dynamics CRM.
• Should have worked on WCF for at least 6 months.
• Should have worked on CRM SSRS reports.
• Should be able to work independently on a module.
• Understanding of SRS/Functional Specs documents.
• Should have good communication skill.

Good to Have

• Understanding of Silverlight/HTML5
• Understanding of CRM Business Process (functional)
• Understanding of Agile Methodology
• Understanding of using Developer Toolkit for Dynamics CRM .
