What you will be doing
- Responsible for the entire product design lifecycle in your product squad - from concept development, user flows, wireframes, to final designs in Figma.

- Conduct user research to uncover insights and validate decisions.
- Contribute to workshops to help us define the user needs and solutions.
- Communicate design concepts to various internal and external Stakeholders to create an effective understanding of the product design and the rationale behind your decisions.
- Work closely with other designers to ensure consistency across the product and design system, ensuring we create a product our users love.

- You’re exceptional at presenting and articulating your rationale behind design decisions to a cross-functional team and stakeholders.
- You’re passionate about feedback and collaborating with other designers, product managers, engineers and stakeholders.
- You can work autonomously, prioritising your work, to ensure we can deliver quickly and achieve our business goals.
- You want to make an impact and be part of a team that’s building a product that will transform how hospitality businesses operate
