Development Testing Lead( 9 to 12years)

Role Objective

Lead end-to-end validation strategy across system, feature, and vehicle levels ensuring release readiness. ​

​ Key Responsibilities

​

• Define and execute validation strategy (system, functional, HMI, vehicle) ​
• Manage test planning, test cases, automation, and execution ​
• Ensure coverage of connected features, OTA, and cybersecurity scenarios ​
• Lead defect lifecycle management and root cause analysis ​
• Drive test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration ​
• Coordinate with vehicle validation teams for E2E testing ​
• Ensure release sign-off based on quality metrics and acceptance criteria ​
