We’re looking for a highly motivated Software Engineering Manager to join us. Switch2 is the market leader in the heat network market in the UK. We specialise in designing, installing, operating, and billing heat networks, by joining Switch2 you can help us take the sector into its next growth stage.

At Switch2 our technology stack is itself subject to continuous improvement. Last year we moved to Rust as our primary language. We use AWS as our cloud provider and make extensive use of serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS, etc) technologies to scale our product offering. On the frontend, we use Leptos which is an isomorphic Rust web-framework and have a legacy estate of React and VB.Net applications.
