Key Responsibilities

- Establish program management processes and tracking frameworks from the ground up.
- Create and maintain Jira and Confluence structures, RAID logs, project dashboards, and status reporting templates.
- Monitor project milestones, delivery schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies across DSML, RDT, engineering, and business teams.
- Coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment between US-based stakeholders and Roche Global teams.
- Facilitate communication across geographically distributed teams and manage time-zone dependencies.
- Business Analysis & Agile Requirements Documentation
- Translate high-level product epics into detailed, actionable, and developer-ready user stories.
- Define and refine testable acceptance criteria using the Given/When/Then format.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and functional specifications.
- Document current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) workflows using Lucidchart or Miro.
- Map user journeys, business processes, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DSML teams to ensure requirements are clear and implementation-ready.
- Agentic AI Requirements & Functional Specifications
- Document functional requirements for Agentic AI workflows and platform capabilities.
- Work with DSML teams to understand and document:
- Prompt engineering and orchestration.
- Context retrieval and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- LLM workflows and tool utilization.
- AI guardrails, governance, and human-in-the-loop validation.
- Translate technical AI capabilities into business requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
- Platform Integration & Technical Research
- Analyze and document integration requirements across the Adobe ecosystem, including:
- Adobe Workfront.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Adobe Express.
- Adobe GenStudio.
- Adobe CX CoWork.
- Understand VVPM workflows, including compliance and Medical-Legal Review (MLR) routing.
- Evaluate integration requirements involving Adobe Target, Optimizely, and other content management platforms.
- Conduct technical research, feasibility assessments, and platform comparisons for emerging AI solutions and next-generation Adobe offerings.
- Support platform evaluation and requirements development for third-party AI and content technology vendors.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Analysis, or hybrid functional-technical roles.
- Program Management: Demonstrated experience establishing project tracking frameworks, governance processes, Jira/Confluence structures, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards from scratch.
- Agile & Requirements Management: Strong experience breaking down product epics into detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing Agile backlogs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience coordinating deliverables across engineering, data science, machine learning, product, and business teams.
- Global Team Coordination: Ability to collaborate with US-based stakeholders and global enterprise teams across different time zones.
- Technical Documentation: Hands-on experience creating BRDs, PRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user journey documentation.
- Process Mapping: Proficiency with Lucidchart, Miro, or similar workflow and diagramming tools.

- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Adobe products, including Workfront, DAM, AJO, Express, GenStudio, and CX CoWork, along with VVPM.
- Agile Methodologies: Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile delivery models.
- Preferred Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences experience is highly desirable.
