• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers and architects.
• Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Administrators, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Provide production support assistance as required.
• Handle Salesforce development and enhancements.
• Provide Level 3 / Level 3.5 operational support.

Good-to-Have Skills & Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification – Required.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification – Preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide regular Level 3 / Level 3.5 operations support.
• Analyze the existing Salesforce environment.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend remediation plans.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and industry standards.
• Support ongoing projects, enhancements, and production issues.
• Collaborate with technical leads and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
