Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – Operational Efficiency (OE) Platforms & AI Solutions

8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
Strong experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and Python.
Experience with PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM and/or SQLAlchemy ORM.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Full-stack development and AI experience with:
GCP AI ecosystem for one of the four positions.
Azure AI ecosystem for the other three positions.
Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Experience integrating AI into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Experience evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Design, develop, and scale cloud-native applications supporting Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives and AI solutions.
Build solutions for the following initiatives:
Design Automation.
Design Validation.
Permit Automation.
Obi – new-joiner onboarding concierge.
NOVA – AI-powered workflow orchestration.
Develop modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Azure and/or GCP.
Build scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and application security standards.
Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into business workflows.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
