1. Job Summary

• Seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale web applications.
• Strong backend development expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Frontend development experience using React.js and related technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms, REST APIs, database design, and Agile methodologies.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Healthcare Payer Enrollment and Billing applications/processes.

2. Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices.
• Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Build scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices supporting enrollment, billing, and related healthcare business processes.
• Develop backend services, business components, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Implement microservices architecture, service discovery, API gateways, and distributed systems.
• Develop scalable backend components using Java Collections, Multithreading, Streams API, and Design Patterns.
• Develop event-driven integrations and batch-processing capabilities.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Develop frontend components using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement state management using Redux and navigation using React Router.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs using AJAX and JSON.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly enterprise web applications.

Healthcare Domain

• Design, develop, and enhance Healthcare Payer Enrollment and Billing applications.
• Support healthcare enrollment, billing, and related business processes.
• Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Develop APIs and integrations supporting healthcare payer applications.
• Troubleshoot application and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Implement sustainable fixes to improve application stability and reliability.

Database Development

• Design and optimize database solutions using Oracle, DB2, MongoDB, and SQL.
• Develop efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Work with relational databases, preferably DB2 or PostgreSQL.
• Implement database modeling, performance tuning, and optimization.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud.
• Work with AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Route 53, ELB, and Auto Scaling.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Docker, and Git.
• Work with Terraform and GitHub/GitLab for infrastructure automation and source control.
• Support application deployments, production operations, and release management.

Security & Testing

• Develop secure APIs using JWT, OAuth2, Spring Security, and role-based access control.
• Perform unit, integration, and automated testing.
• Use JUnit and Mockito for backend testing.
• Use Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress for frontend testing.
