Proven experience designing scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, named credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and multi-environment release management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, sharing/visibility, performance optimization, and governor limits.
Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and managing delivery across agile sprints.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both executive stakeholders and hands-on delivery teams.
