Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in automation testing using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar. The ideal candidate should be proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and capable of writing robust, maintainable test scripts for web-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers and QA team to identify test scenarios.
- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks.
- Perform regression and functional testing.
- Log defects and track them to closure.
Requirements
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of test frameworks like TestNG, PyTest, or Mocha/Jest is a plus.
- Good understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice to Have
- CI/CD integration experience (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with REST API testing.
