  • Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, technical documentation, process mapping, and user story development.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar process mapping tools.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, data flows, and application architecture.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with SAFe frameworks.
  • Strong SQL, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting application modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Background in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience developing documentation governance standards, version control processes, and retention policies.

Ideal Candidate

A technically strong, detail-oriented Product Analyst who can independently gather complex requirements, document application workflows, identify system dependencies, and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and producing high-quality documentation in fast-paced Agile environments.
