About the Role

Join a product engineering team building software for application workflows, events, and internal operations at a startup accelerator. You will own problems end to end, from understanding user needs and designing interfaces to shipping production systems.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain full-stack applications for application workflows, events, and internal teams.
  • Develop event tools for registration, coordination, and media handling.
  • Integrate with external services such as calendars, messaging platforms, and email.
  • Create AI and semantic search systems, including natural language interfaces and workflow copilots.
  • Automate scheduling, notifications, application routing, interview coordination, and status tracking.
  • Work with operations teams to improve workflows and build dashboards for pipeline and operational metrics.
  • Make product and engineering tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment, owning the user experience from discovery through deployment.

What We're Looking For

  • One to 12 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products.
  • Experience owning product decisions and delivering both polished user interfaces and backend systems autonomously.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience, with a record of working effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Recent experience building AI or LLM projects or production features.
  • Experience with Rails, React, PostgreSQL, or equivalent technologies; familiarity with Python, semantic search, embeddings, and third-party APIs is useful.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, demonstrated through relevant education or exceptional projects.
  • Experience with internal tools, workflow systems, or application and CRM-style software is relevant.

Base salary is $185,000 to $485,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location
