Product Engineer, Mid-Senior

About the Role

Join the product engineering team at a Series A/B AI and workforce technology company. You will apply AI agents and frontier models to real product workflows while also building core marketplace and platform features that help businesses source, vet, match, and place workers.

What You'll Do

• Integrate existing agents and frontier models into worker, business, and operations products to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
• Lead frontend and backend development, mentor engineers, and ship product features from design through deployment.
• Architect and build real-time matching systems, vetting pipelines, distributed services, and APIs.
• Partner with product, design, and company leadership to set priorities and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Work across AI and non-AI projects, including marketplace, payments, and platform capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five years of software engineering experience building and owning products in early-stage, fast-growing teams.
• Experience shipping scalable applications across frontend and backend, with skills in TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience integrating LLMs or agents into production products, including prompting and tool integration.
• Strong product judgment, with a record of delivering projects at high velocity amid ambiguity and cross-functional challenges.
• Background in marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, applied AI, or operational software for industries such as logistics and supply chain.
• Strong technical fundamentals and evidence of initiative, such as independent projects or comparable work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary

$140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
