Product Manager, AI Platform at True Talent Solutions Partners. We’ll keep it in your applied jobs, so you can see it later and be warned before applying to the same employer twice.

About the Role

Join an early-stage healthtech team building an AI-powered medical record platform for home health agencies. You will turn complex, legacy workflows into practical products that help teams spend less time on administration and more time supporting patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Interview and shadow home health users across intake, scheduling, billing, and documentation to identify workflow pain points.
  • Build lightweight prototypes, demonstrate them to users, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Partner closely with engineering, translating customer insights into product decisions and reviewing work from discovery through delivery.
  • Turn individual customer requests into scalable features across new products and the core platform.
  • Own outcomes such as adoption, usage, user satisfaction, and time saved, and regularly share learnings with company leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of product management experience, including work at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
  • A hands-on engineering or coding background, ideally with 3 or more years of full-stack software engineering experience before moving into product.
  • Strong product judgment and experience building B2B SaaS products, especially workflow-heavy or operational tools.
  • Experience improving user experience or modernizing legacy platforms; healthcare, healthtech, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience is valuable.
  • A customer-focused, low-ego approach and willingness to do hands-on work across discovery and delivery.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals; a computer science degree is preferred.
