What We're Looking For

• Five to eight years of backend software engineering experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup or a high-performing engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Go, or the ability and willingness to ramp up quickly; experience with Kubernetes and GCP is relevant.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing backend features end to end with measurable business impact.
• Strong ownership and ability to work effectively with limited direction.
• Experience with data-driven systems such as matchmaking, fraud prevention, or recommendations is a plus.
• Background in real-time features, payments, consumer gaming, CI/CD, or experimentation platforms is useful.
