About the Role

Join a product engineering team building AI-powered software that helps banks and fintechs automate financial crime compliance. You will develop customer-facing products that streamline complex review work while keeping people involved in important decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Own product features from customer discovery and requirements gathering through production deployment and iteration.
  • Build AI-enabled workflows that coordinate tools and data services for anti-money laundering, sanctions, and know-your-customer reviews.
  • Create intuitive interfaces for case management, reporting, analytics, and workflow configuration.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and turn complex problems into practical technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain production-quality backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend experiences.
  • Develop new product areas, scale existing features, and support enterprise implementations.

What We're Looking For

  • Typically 3 to 6 years of product software engineering experience, with the ability to operate at a senior or staff level.
  • Experience building and launching zero-to-one products used by real customers, including production AI or LLM-powered features.
  • Full-stack experience with React and TypeScript or Node.js, or Python, across frontend and backend systems.
  • Experience building APIs and working with databases, ideally including PostgreSQL, Supabase, or similar technologies.
  • Strong product judgment, customer communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and workflow orchestration; financial services or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.
