Software Engineer, C++ Systems

About the Role

Join a systems engineering team building the core of a GPU virtualization platform for AI and machine learning workloads. You will improve low-level C++ infrastructure that helps scale GPU utilization and performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the core C++ virtualization library.
• Research GPU oversubscription, checkpointing, and high-performance systems.
• Extend platform support to new GPU architectures with a system-wide perspective.
• Debug systems-level issues in production environments.
• Trace and diagnose performance problems in customer workloads.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in C++ systems engineering, with deep C++ expertise; Rust experience is also relevant.
• Production experience with low-level systems such as operating systems, kernels, memory, or drivers.
• Experience optimizing network interface or C++ performance and tracing issues across system layers.
• A track record of shipping production systems, ideally in an early-stage or fast-moving environment.
• Experience with areas such as compilers, networking protocols, kernels, infrastructure, Kubernetes, distributed systems, storage, or data ingestion.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and a relevant degree or equivalent systems background.
