Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Power Platform Developer from 7 to 10+ Yrs to lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise automation solutions within a banking environment. The candidate will be responsible for transforming existing automation prototypes into robust, production-ready solutions that deliver significant operational efficiencies and FTE savings.

The role will focus on automating critical banking processes, including:

• Loan Origination
• AML/KYC Periodic Reviews
• Trade Operations
• Remittance Processing

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, solution architecture, system integrations, governance, and banking operations.

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience

Banking Process Automation

• Automate and optimize:
• Loan Origination workflows

• Collaborate with operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and automation opportunities
