Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Denodo Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data virtualization solutions using Denodo. As a Denodo Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and implement efficient data integration solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of data virtualization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Data Virtualization Development:
• Design, develop, and implement data virtualization solutions using Denodo.
• Create and maintain data views, models, and data services to meet business requirements.
• Optimize and tune Denodo configurations for optimal performance.
• Integration and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and define data integration requirements.
• Work closely with other development teams to integrate Denodo solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Performance Optimization:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of Denodo environments.
• Identify and implement performance optimization techniques to ensure efficient data virtualization.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data virtualization solutions.
• Document best practices and guidelines for Denodo development and usage.
• Security and Compliance:
• Implement and adhere to security standards for data virtualization.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Denodo-related issues.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents and ensure system stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Denodo Developer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of data virtualization concepts and best practices.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Denodo environments.
• Familiarity with data integration tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Certification in Denodo is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other data integration and ETL tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration with Denodo.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
