Qualifications

• Experience Required: 6 – 9 Years
• Primary skill
• React Framework. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Front-end development: Proficiency in React Framework. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Back-end development: Advanced proficiency in Core Java and Java/J2EE, including object-oriented programming, multithreading, and design patterns.
• Java enterprise development: Strong command of Spring Boot and full-stack Java enterprise development, including application development, integration, and legacy application modernization.
• Microservices and APIs: Proficiency in developing and managing microservices architectures, including RESTful services, API gateways, and service discovery.
• Databases and data access: Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB, along with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
• Messaging and integration: Experience with IBM MQ will be a plus.
• Development tools and delivery: Experience with Git-based source control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket, and familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Cloud platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as Azure.
• Security and performance: Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security principles, with an understanding of performance optimization and scalability.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Continuous improvement: Ability to research new tools and technologies and recommend improvements.
• Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across QA, Product, and DevOps teams.
• AI-assisted development: Knowledge of GitHub Copilot.
