Essential Job Functions

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
• Manage SAP technical workstreams including integrations, custom developments, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, consulting teams, architects, and development teams to define and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Oversee project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards, security requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue resolution across multiple projects and programs.

• Ariba delivery experience, Ariba Network Integration
• Ariba Expansion, Ariba Catalogues
• Ariba Reporting

Basic

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading SAP technical delivery projects across modules such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, integrations, or SAP landscapes.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, development lifecycle, integrations, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation and modernization programs.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, and SAP cloud technologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAP certification, or equivalent credentials.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations in consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and release management processes
